De zoon van de generaal, Yang, ontsnapt aan een bloedbad bij hem thuis, waarbij een corrupt, crimineel syndicaat de leiding heeft over de lokale strijdkrachten. Yang zoekt onderdak bij vier goede vrienden die straatartiesten zijn en beraamt wraak, maar weigert de angstaanjagende kansen waarmee hij wordt geconfronteerd te erkennen. Het kwartet probeert hem ervan te overtuigen zijn tijd af te wachten, maar de jonge wreker sluipt zijn voormalige huis binnen en wordt na een gevecht tegen een paar topvechters gedood door hun leider. Wanneer Yangs vrienden zijn tragische lot ontdekken, bedenken ze een manier om de moordenaars te verslaan zonder rechtstreeks tegenover hun machtige leger te staan.
