Na het uitwisselen van hun ontroerende geloften zijn Marcus en Emily de gelukkige winnaars van een reis naar een Caribisch resort. Omdat ze weten dat hun pasgetrouwde vrienden Ron en Kyla wel een kleine vakantie kunnen gebruiken nadat ze een baby hebben gekregen, nodigen ze hen uit om mee te gaan. Maar de reis is niet alleen ontspanning voor Marcus, want hij wil de eigenaars van het resort ontmoeten en zaken met hen doen vanwege hun hotel in Chicago. Er komt een kink in de kabel als Kyla's veroordeelde vader Reese zijn straf in San Quentin mag uitzitten en onaangekondigd in het resort verschijnt.
